MiniTap Hydraulic Hot Tapper
Minitap Makes Live Tapping EasyMinitap was designed to simplify the live tapping process. It provides a compact, robust and efficient hot tapping solution for water, gas, and related utility services applications, achieving predictable operational results without the need for large excavations (3 cubic foot area) and costly additional connections.
- Size Range of 4" to 6" (100mm to 150mm) on cast iron, ductile iron, steel, reinforced concrete, asbestos, MDPE and pvc pipe
- Lightweight, rugged construction with small footprint
- Over 16" (400mm) of cutter travel from a 24" (600mm) machine length
- Fully enclosed machine with no exposed components allowing hot tapping in all kinds of weather conditions - rain, snow, high heat
- Secure safety pin to provide a physical and visual confirmation of the valve adaptor lock
- Adjustable hydraulic relief settings to ensure safe cutter operation
- Cam based locking ring to ensure a safe connection to the valve adaptor
