Product Refurbish and Recertification Service

Send Petersen any product for inspection and repair as necessary (i.e., Pipe Plugs, Line Stops, Insertion Systems, etc.). Petersen will Test and Recertify for future use. (This does not apply to molded rubber plugs that are generally not repairable)
Cost for inspection and recertification is 15% of product cost plus any needed repairs with a $150.00 minimum charge.
Petersen will store customer items and quickly ship product or system directly to jobsite. Proper storage will extend product life by reducing effects of atmospheric conditions. Proper set-up will improve equipment performance for successful completion.
Storage costs are generally 2% of original product cost per month. Additional costs for assembling components and shipping may be added.
