High Pressure Portable Hydrostatic Test Pumps, 938-9 Series

These hydro test pumps are a fast, safe, and simple method for hydrostatic testing, ideally suited to work with these plugs (145-1, 145-9, 146-9, 147-1, & 151) or on a stand-alone basis. Choose from two high pressure styles of hydrostatic test units or lower pressure manual and electric test units.

Output pressures range from 1,000 to 10,000 psi (69 to 690 bar)
Self lubricating air over water intensifier
Hydro test products with water supply connection
Easy to read 4" (100 mm) diameter pressure gauge
Regulator to control inlet air supply
High pressure bleed valve and high pressure outlet
Equipped with 10 ft (3.1 m) high pressure hose with quick couplings
Mating quick connect couplings for air, water inlet connections, and high pressure outlet
Lockable aluminum tool box with room for hose, fittings, and plug

B-Style Hydrostatic Test Pumps

Ideal for all hydrostatic testing
Slightly larger pump mounted on a hand truck
Hydro test products with simple air-driven pump
Built-in filter, regulator, and lubricator on air inlet
Output pressures range from 1,000 to 10,000 psi (69 to 690 bar)
Easy to read 4" (100 mm) diameter pressure gauge
High pressure system bleed valve
Water suction strainer with crow's foot connector
Supplied with 15 ft (4.5 m) high pressure hose with swivel
Heavy duty enclosure with integral wheels and handle for portability

*Total required CFM to produce rated flow at maximum pump pressure. This is relevant only when the system is used for continuous injection at the maximum rated pressure. Normal testing applications require much less CFM to begin with and fall to (0) at stall test pressure.
