Petersen Products offers a variety of smoke test equipment and accessories for your pipeline testing needs.
Smoke Blower Kit generates up to 3,769 cubic feet per minute of air flow*
Smoke Blower Features:
- Effectively identifies inflow
- For use with traditional liquid smoke or smoke bombs and smoke emitters
- Briggs & Stratton engine
- Generates up to 3,769 cubic feet per minute of air flow*
- Made of lightweight, cast aluminum
Equipped with:
- ½" foam cell gasket to ensure a leak-free seal on manholes and minimize vibration
- Smoke bomb box holder (traditional smoke blower only)
- Pressurized tank, hose and all necessary components (liquid smoke blower only)
*CFM performance based on independent laboratory tests. When tested side-by-side at an independent air flow laboratory, Cherne's line stringer, ventilator, and smoke blower beat the competition at every flow condition
Smoke Emitter Features:
- Easy to Use
- Variety of duration and Cu Ft coverage
- Smoke available in different colors
- Can be used with most smoke blowers
- Convenient case
Caution:Only introduce sewer smoke bombs/emitters into a plumbing system through a smoke blower. If smoke is put into a drain-waste-vent system in this manner, temperature is not an issue.
Under no circumstances should these industrial smoke bombs/emitters be placed inside of a pipe. (They will burn the pipe, may ignite any methane present in the line.)
