Multi-Flex® T Packer
The Multi-Flex® T Packer can be made at 45°, 90° or most angles to suit your application.
- Flexibility and light weight make positioning the packer easy especially in confined areas.
- Tee Packers may be pulled into the lateral from the main line or into the main line through the lateral.
- Almost any length and diameter is available.
- Deflates to a small flexible size for easy insertion.
- The Tee packer is often manufactured to meet a specific customer requirements. Let us quote based on your requirements.
- For pipes with missing sections, the Multi-Flex® material will maintain the pipeline diameter versus creating a bubble

119 Series 3 1/2" to 48" Multi-Flex® Point Repair Packers / Carriers
These Multi-Flex®?Packer Plugs have a Flow-Thru By-Pass. Flexibility allows Carrier Packer to navigate through manhole into pipeline; then inflate with air, hot water or steam.
- High Strength Flexible Materials: Our Multi-Flex® Packers are made from very high strength flexible Ballistic Nylon reinforced EPDM covers. Other materials also available. Most Pressure, Temperature, and Chemical requirement available.
- Smooth, Even Relining: The Petersen® Packer has a fixed inflated diameter independent of the pipeline. This allows for a smooth repair with a constant diameter unlike rubber packers that generally follow the contour of the broken area of the pipeline causing an irregular I.D. Repair.
- Air, Hot Water or Steam: Packers can be fitted with connections for use with circulating hot water, steam or ambient cure with air or water.
- Easy Installation and Removal: Small deflated diameter, light weight, and flexibility allow installation of long Multi-Flex® Packers through a small opening or manhole. Removal after deflating is just as easy.
- Flow-Thru: The by-pass design allows flow through the Multi-Flex® Packer during repairs.
- Light Weight: Petersen® Multi-Flex® Packers are much lighter than molded rubber packers for easy placement.
- Almost any size: length and diameter
- Flexibility: Easily maneuver through bends and turns.

Point Repair Packer
These Point Repair Carriers are well-suited for most point repair systems. Available for pipe sizes 4" to 12", these carriers are known for both their durability and reliability. Custom lengths are available upon request. Features for all sizes:
- Made of aramid corded natural rubber: extremely durable and flexible
- Flexible: All units can fold in half for transport
- 1/4” NPT Inflation Port with male quick disconnect for ease of connection
- Integrated cage/wheel assembly for ease of movement down the pipe
- Bypass design allows sewage bypass during repair
- Unique centered inflation port for use with push rod inflation poles
- Wire harness keeps unit centered in pipe
- 2" FPT bypass allows for continuous sewer flow
