Each PeteStop® Insertion system is tested for field durability and designed to meet most size, pressure, chemical, and temperature requirements encountered in pipeline maintenance applications.
Complete 128-Series Insertion System Kit Components
Each 128-Series Insertion System Kit includes all the essential components required for controlled, safe, and efficient installation of PeteStop® inflatable line stop plugs. Every part is designed to ensure proper alignment, sealing, and performance during live pipeline operations.
- Launch Cylinder(s): Used to insert and accurately position the inflatable line stop plug into the pipeline under pressure.
- Inflation Ram(s): Regulates plug inflation once in place and includes set screws and coupling (if required) for secure operation.
- Inflation Pulley Assembly: Provides smooth control for positioning and retrieving the plug during inflation and deflation.
- Packing Seal: Forms a reliable, leak-tight seal on the Launch Cylinder and the insertion ram while allowing for pressure release and pipeline pressure monitoring.
- Centering Anchor: Keeps the insertion system properly aligned, anchoring the plug in the pipeline.
- Hardware Kit: Contains bolts, eyebolts, nuts, and gasket for assembling and securing all insertion components.
